🔍 Problem

As schools transitioned to online learning during the pandemic, many students lacked access to computers. Without devices, they couldn’t participate in lessons, jeopardizing their education.

🎯 Goal

Provide refurbished computers to underserved students, ensuring they had access to technology for online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

🧠 My Role

I led the project, coordinating with donors, computer labs, and government organizations to ensure a smooth donation and distribution process. Managed the logistics, timelines, and privacy compliance for all devices.

💡 Process

• Worked with donors and volunteers to gather and refurbish used computers
• Ensured privacy and data protection measures were followed when resetting and preparing devices
• Established a distribution network and ensured each child received their device on time
• Collaborated with government agencies and companies to gather additional support.
